1. Operational & Demonstration Boundaries

This control panel and licensing system represents a production-grade authentication suite. While all cryptographic structures, key checking protocols, and database bindings are fully active and secure, the entire framework is provided as-is. Users are responsible for evaluating the software's structural safety, compatibility, and compliance boundaries before deployment.

2. User Responsibility & Compliance

As a user of One Byte, you bear full legal and ethical responsibility for the deployment and application of generated access keys. You explicitly acknowledge that:

  • You will only deploy and verify access keys on hardware or software components that you are legally authorized to interact with.
  • You will comply with all regional, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and terms of service applicable to your target applications.
  • One Byte, its developers, and its hosting providers are in no way responsible or legally liable for any account actions, service disruptions, or legal disputes arising from your use of generated licenses.

3. No Warranty of Service

We do not warrant or guarantee that our licensing ecosystem will remain 100% uninterrupted, completely secure, or immune to emerging network analysis techniques. We do not provide warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Any dependency you place on key validation continuity is strictly at your own operational risk.
