Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 2, 2026
Welcome to One Byte. By accessing our public portal, licensing management control panel, or by utilizing any access keys generated through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our software ecosystem.
1. Licensing & Access Grant
Subject to compliance with these Terms, One Byte grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize our software on designated, authorized devices. All keys generated by the platform are meant solely for individual access control and license verification purposes.
2. Hardware ID (HWID) & Device Restrictions
To enforce license limits and protect our intellectual assets, access keys are cryptographically bound to a unique Hardware Identification (HWID) code upon initial activation. You agree that:
- A single access key may only be active on the specified number of concurrent devices set during the license generation.
- Circumventing, forging, or modifying the HWID binding protocol to bypass device limit ceilings will result in immediate, permanent key revocation without warning.
- System administrators reserve the right to manually reset or audit device bindings if suspicious redistribution patterns are detected.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When utilizing our ecosystem, you explicitly agree that you will not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our panel, automated generator, or APK authentication protocols.
- Resell, redistribute, rent, or lease access keys generated by the system without explicit, authorized reseller status.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or exploit loops to generate keys from our free generator or bypass payment mechanisms.
- Utilize our platform for any unlawful activities or in a manner that violates local cyber security policies.
4. Payment, Fees, & Revocation
All fees for licensing keys are processed through automated payment gateways (e.g., UPI). Due to the digital, instant-delivery nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the key is successfully dispatched and registered. One Byte reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access keys if fraudulent transaction activity is confirmed.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
Our software and licensing services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. One Byte does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operations, or complete compatibility across all legacy device configurations. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
